What does this mean?

1. Rebuild Estimate - once we have attended the site, the project manager will work on providing an estimate to bring the dwelling back to pre-loss condition.
2. Additional Work - looking to change up some materials, layouts or add another area? Let your project manager know sooner rather than later. The sooner we know your vision, the sooner we can get you put back together and help avoid delays. 
3. Repairs - you as the client have two options: 
   • Repairs can be completed by Halcyon – kindly let us know if this is the case so we can proceed accordingly.
   • Repairs can be completed by your own contractor – cash-out option, dollar amounts are provided to you by your insurance company.
